This Friday, the first episode of Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will begin streaming exclusively on Disney+, featuring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan reprising their roles as Sam Wilson/The Falcon and Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier, respectively. The one thing their characters had in common was a willingness to follow Steve Rogers aka Captain America (Chris Evans) into battle. After their mutual friend retired, however, neither saw a reason in keep in in touch… but that’s about to change when a new threat emerges, forcing them to work together to avert a global catastrophe.
